Services

Inked & Typed provides writing, research, editorial, content design, and strategic communication services. Service availability, pricing, timelines, and deliverables may vary depending on project scope and complexity.

All listed pricing reflects general ranges and may be adjusted based on project requirements.

 

Consultations

Consultations are intended to assess project compatibility, clarify objectives, discuss timelines, and determine scope.

Complimentary discovery calls are introductory in nature and do not constitute ongoing consulting, strategy development, or project execution unless otherwise agreed upon.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee project acceptance or ongoing service.

 

Payments

Projects under a specified threshold may require full payment in advance. Larger or multi-stage projects may be structured through deposits, milestone payments, or installment arrangements.

Payment terms will be outlined prior to project initiation.

Final deliverables, editable files, and transferable assets may be withheld until outstanding balances have been paid in full.

 

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed-upon project scope. Excessive revisions, repeated refinement requests, substantial directional changes, or requests extending beyond the original agreement may require additional fees or revised timelines.

Once a deliverable has been approved, additional revisions may be treated as a new service request.

 

Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines will be discussed prior to beginning a project. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, revision requests, or unforeseen circumstances.

Inked & Typed is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client materials, communication gaps, delayed approvals, or extended revision cycles.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, relevant materials, timely feedback, and clear communication throughout the project process.

Delays in communication or material delivery may affect turnaround times, scheduling, and project completion dates.

 

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, final approved deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.

Inked & Typed retains the right to display completed, non-confidential work within portfolios, promotional materials, or professional samples unless otherwise requested in writing.

Unused drafts, concepts, research notes, preliminary materials, and strategic recommendations remain the intellectual property of Inked & Typed.

 

Refunds

Due to the customized nature of creative and editorial services, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Inked & Typed.

 

Cancellations

Either party may discontinue a project at any time through written notice.

Clients remain responsible for payment covering completed work, active project stages, consultations, research, reserved scheduling time, or partially completed deliverables completed prior to cancellation.

 

Confidentiality

Client materials, private information, and proprietary documents shared during projects will be treated with discretion and confidentiality.

 

Limitation of Liability

Inked & Typed is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use of services, website content, recommendations, or deliverables.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving all final materials before publication, distribution, implementation, or submission.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Inked & Typed reserves the right to decline projects that are misaligned, unethical, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or outside the scope of provided services.

 

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
